Every wedding is unique, and your schedule should reflect your priorities and the atmosphere you wish to create. The timeline below is based on our experience hosting three-day weddings for around 75 guests. It offers a relaxed pace, allowing you to enjoy each moment without feeling rushed, while making the most of every space at Saint Victor.
Day 1 – Arrival & Welcome
4:00 pm – Arrival of the close family and wedding party
7:00 pm – Welcome Buffet Dinner @ Le Pailler
A relaxed evening to reconnect with your closest family and friends before the festivities begin.
Day 2 – Relax & Welcome Your Guests
10:30 am – Brunch with the close family @ Le Pailler
Take time to enjoy the estate, the swimming pool or simply relax before the big day.
6:00 pm – Welcome Apéritif (Wine & Cheese Tasting) with your guests @ The Park
A convivial gathering that allows everyone to meet before the wedding day and creates a wonderful atmosphere from the very beginning of the weekend.
Day 3 – Wedding Day
9:30 am – Breakfast with the close family @ Le Pailler
10:30 am – 3:30 pm – Preparations, hair, make-up, florist, photographer, getting dressed
4:00 pm – Wedding Ceremony @ By the River or at the Forest Edge
5:00 pm – Cocktail Reception @ The Park
7:00 pm – Wedding Dinner @ La Grande Étable
10:30 pm – Evening Celebration & Dancing @ Le Pailler
Day 4 – Farewell
10:00 am – Wedding Brunch @ La Grande Étable
A final opportunity to spend time with your guests before everyone departs.
11:00 am – Check-out from the accommodation
2:00 pm – Departure from the estate
The estate remains available until 2:00 pm, allowing plenty of time to enjoy the brunch, say your goodbyes and leave without feeling rushed.
Why do we recommend a three-night stay?
Although two-night weddings are perfectly possible, three nights create a noticeably more relaxed experience.
Instead of concentrating everything into a single day, your wedding becomes a true weekend shared with your loved ones. You have time to welcome your guests properly, enjoy meaningful moments together, and celebrate without constantly watching the clock.
Many couples tell us that this slower pace is one of the highlights of their wedding weekend and one of the reasons they were able to truly enjoy every moment. Whereas before the pandemic we mainly hosted weddings for 130 or 150 guests over two nights, we now have more weddings for 40–50 guests lasting 4, 5 or 7 nights.
