Originaire la région, j’ai pu….. et donc j’ai choisi… 

We offer dinner meetings when the good weather is here. They allow all the residents of the estate to get to know each other and share a good meal in a friendly setting. These meals are served on the large tables of the Pailler.

Taste a true and simple cuisine

Our dishes are cooked with fresh products that we choose according to what the seasons offer us.

We suggest you accompany these moments with the help of our regional wines on request: Quincy, Coteaux du Giennois, Salon, Valençay, Reuilly, Sancerre, Chateaumeillant, or Pouilly.

We are lucky to be on very fertile natural land, cultivated with love, patience and simplicity by many local producers. Their hands allow the regional gastronomy to grow richer over the seasons.
