We pay particular attention to the quality of cleaning and the preparation of our accommodation.
A lump sum of €50 per house and €30 per studio is added to the rental price for the disinfection and cleaning of surfaces.
You will find houses in which the beds are made, the towels are left in the bathrooms according to the number of people, tablecloths and napkins are also at your disposal as well as cloths and towels hands.
You are asked to leave the house in the same condition as when you arrived. Things must be put away in their place, utensils and household appliances (oven, hotplates, BBQ) must be cleaned and bins emptied.
The customer is liable for all damages caused by him. It is required to be insured. He must provide a certificate of seasonal rental extension of the “holiday and holiday civil liability guarantee” clause of his multi-risk home contract.
If the customer does not have this guarantee or does not present the required certificate, the “waiver of recourse” clause of our contract will automatically apply and will be invoiced 15 € in addition to the rental price. Damage not covered by this guarantee will remain the sole responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the deposit if they occur.
We strongly recommend securing specific “holiday rental cancellation” insurance (with an insurance company or bank) within 10 days of signing the contract and we draw attention to the fact that under no circumstances , we will not derogate from our rental conditions.
