• Arrivals are between 4:00 p.m. and 7:30 p.m.
• In case of late or deferred arrival, the tenant must notify the owner 3 hours maximum before the check-in time.
• Unfortunately, we will not be able to welcome you after 10.30pm.

• Departures are at 11 a.m.
• We kindly ask you to vacate the accommodation before 11am so that our cleaning team can start preparing the accommodation for the guests who follow you.
• You can request a late check-out option at least 72 h before your departure. If it is available, we will be delighted to accommodate you.
• Please read sections 3 and 4 concerning housekeeping and bin management.
• Please sort and take out your rubbish (100€ will be charged if you fail to do so).

• We pay particular attention to the quality of cleaning and the preparation of our accommodation.
• You will find houses in which the beds are made, the towels are left in the bathrooms according to the number of people, tablecloths and napkins are also at your disposal as well as cloths and towels hands.
• You are asked to leave the house in the same condition as when you arrived :
  • Don’t forget to empty the fridge, freezer, coffee machine and dishwasher.
  • Clean and put away all kitchen utensils, crockery, pots and pans 
  • Clean and empty the BBQ if used.
  • Remove and fold sheets, pillowcases and towels, and take them down to the living room.

We are committed to the principle of selective sorting and responsibility in the management and reduction of waste in order to limit our impact on the environment. We understand that such an objective may seem restrictive, but we feel it is important to take care of the nature that surrounds and embraces our estate and allows you to enjoy an exceptional setting during your stay.

Please sort your waste into 4 sections:

• Organic food waste in the compost bucket (to be emptied into the composter in the garden) 
• Plastic, metal and cardboard packaging in the yellow bag 
• Non-organic and non-recyclable waste in the red bag 
• Paper, newspapers and glass bottles in the bin under the kitchen sink

Before you leave, we would ask you to please :

• Put out the yellow and  red bags at your front door
• Empty your compost bucket into the composter in your garden 
• Empty your glass and newspaper bins at the village 15 rue de la Gare 36300 Ingrandes

If the sorting and deposit are not carried out correctly, you will be charged €100 in addition to your stay

• The customer must ensure the peaceful nature of the rental and use it in accordance with the destination of the premises.
• The installation of tents or the parking of caravans on the land of the rented property is prohibited.

• Pets are sometimes allowed under certain strict conditions and come with an additional cleaning fee.
• Owner’s permission is required.

• All our rentals are classified as “non-smoking”.
• It is strictly forbidden to smoke in the interior spaces
• Failure to comply with this rule will result in a penalty of €150 automatically deducted from the deposit.

• Opening hours : 09h – 20h
• Never take the robot out of the pool
• Do not leave children unsupervised
• Close sunshades when you leave
• Do not move the deckchairs which are fixed (1/person)
• Household towels must not be used in the swimming pool. We can provide pool towels (€10/towel).
• Dogs are not allowed around the swimming pool
• The use of suntan oils is forbidden as they stain the liner indelibly and clog the skimmers.
