At the end of the 19th century and the beginning of the 20th century, the property saw the flora of its park and its meadows evolve with the planting of multiple honey species. The buildings also flourished: a honey house with its sawmill part, its storage rooms for logs upstairs, its machine tool rooms for manufacturing hives and their hoppers, its extraction part... With its large bay windows overlooking the Anglin, this building was a dream to transform into a large loft.
