We sometimes rent the whole estate for weddings, seminars, and business retreat in a manner which ranges from using the park and the manor as a décor or have the exclusive use of the estate for the event thus renting the park, the barns, the guest rooms in the manor house and the 4 outer buildings…all to make the venue a memorable moment.
Estate Venue Capacity
To organize an event and depending on the style to be, we have different venues possible :
Canopies and Marquees
Can be installed by a supplier -at a cost variable with size and types – on the lawn in front of the manor house, in the meadow by the river, by the Open Barn or the Byre.
The Open barn – Le Pailler
It has a kitchen facility section which can be used by guests who are renting all the self-catering houses and want to take their meals as a group.It can be used for events.
- As a stand-alone sitting dinner and/or cocktail it can host up to 80 people
- Adding a 5X5m dance floor the sitting capacity goes down to 50 people.- With the setting of a canopy/awning on the entrance side you can grow the free-standing / sitting/ outdoor seating and dining area. Cost upon request.
- Adding a larger dance floor it becomes only a dancing/bar space .With the setting of a canopy/awning on the entrance side you can grow the free-standing / drinking area. Cost upon request.
The Byre -La Grande Etable
This building can host 150 to 200 people depending on the chosen setting. – Cocktail or sitting dinner.

The maximum capacity in order to have quality and comfort for all is 27 people maximum.
We help you in the organization of your event :
Either
Only provide the contacts of suppliers…. And all is managed by guests, ordered by them and paid by them. We only make sure that all is organized within the terms of a contract and our security rules. To make things very clear we do not take any commission on any suppliers’ bill. All is paid directly by the client to avoid confusion and cash management problems
Or
We manage all for our guests-according to their written brief and within a given budget. Our events planning fee is calculated – and billed -on a 15% basis of partners costs managed. All costs are paid by clients directly to partners on the basis of accepted price proposals. If our client wants to have their own events planner … it is absolutely fine.
