At the end of the 19th and beginning of the 20th century, the property saw the flora of its park evolve and many bee species were planted. La Miellerie was built with its sawmill part, its storage rooms for logs upstairs, its workshop and its machine tools… a set to manufacture the hives and their hoppers, to extract and store the honey. The Atelier framed by bay windows between courtyard and river, comes in harmonies of beige, wood and glass.

- All the shops and services are in Le Blanc (10km) which is the sub-prefecture of the department.
Two shops are located less than 2 km away:- Les muriers – Ingrandes: grocery store, bar, restaurant, post office, tobacconist, caterer.

- The heating of your studio is managed outside the studio.
- Do not hesitate to ask us to increase or reduce the heating.
- All our accommodations are equipped with smoke detectors that are regularly tested and maintained.
- You will find a first aid kit in each bathroom
- All the user manuals for household appliances and digital equipment are in the cupboard.
- We can provide you with a washing machine and a dryer at a small additional cost per use: €4 per machine and €5 per dryer.
- The Atelier framed by bay windows between courtyard and river, comes in harmonies of beige, wood and glass. This large 40m2 studio on the ground floor is a transparent space ranging from an equipped kitchen opening onto the living room to a double bedroom with walk-in shower overlooking the river.
- This studio is rented bed made and towels and table for 2 adults is provided.
- Please note that the towels you will find in your accommodation are bath towels and should not be used for swimming pools. If necessary, we lend pool towels on request.
- Your home has three types of coffee machine: Nespresso, Italian coffee maker and French press.
- L’Atelier has a small terrace overlooking the courtyard allowing our guests to have lunch outside
- To connect to the Internet, select the Saint Victor La Grand Maison network and follow the steps by filling in the form. Your session is renewed every 24 hours
- The shared swimming pool is accessible 70m away.
