- All the shops and services are in Le Blanc (10km) which is the sub-prefecture of the department.
Two shops are located less than 2 km away:- Les muriers – Ingrandes: grocery store, bar, restaurant, post office, tobacconist, caterer.

- The heating of your studio is managed outside the studio.
- Do not hesitate to ask us to increase or lower the heating.
- All our accommodations are equipped with smoke detectors that are regularly tested and maintained.
- You will find a first aid kit in each bathroom
- All the user manuals for household appliances and digital equipment are in the cupboard.
- This completely non-smoking 40m2 studio has an equipped kitchen (electric hotplate, convection oven, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, and crockery provided for 2 people) a lounge area with wood-burning stove, overlooking the courtyard and opening onto a double bedroom with walk-in shower. Free internet. Bedding is provided for 2 adults.
- This studio is labeled Tourism and Handicap for PMR.
- Please note that the towels you will find in your accommodation are bath towels and should not be used for swimming pools. If necessary, we lend pool towels on request. The studio is not equipped to accommodate children.
- The studio has a small terrace overlooking the courtyard allowing our guests to have lunch outside.
